“Exposed” is a contemplative mixed media landscape reflecting my fascination with the quiet traces left by time and abandonment. I chose a subdued blue palette and layered textures to suggest erosion and vulnerability, both in nature and within ourselves. The process of layering and erasing allowed hidden elements to emerge, creating a sense of depth and mystery. With this piece, I invite the viewer into a space that feels both abandoned and intimate, where presence and absence gently coexist, and where memories linger softly beneath the surface. It’s a quiet exploration of what remains when time has moved on, and what stories can be found in what’s been left behind.
