Original artwork description:

I've wanted to paint something that discusses modern farming's reliance on chemical fertilisers for a while. Encountering decks of Tarot card over the summer finally gave me an idea of how to drag the idea from the sludgy depths of my brain and into reality.

Using the Tarot format surrounds the subject in a cloud of supernatural doom, which is right up my street.

If you're an eco-nerd like me, or you just enjoy living on earth this is a conversation piece and a half to have hanging round your stylish, yet well insulated, home.

Acrylic, watercolour and pen on 250gsm acid free paper.

Materials used:

watercolour, acrylic and pen
