Dear viewer, come with me on a visual journey through my series of paintings: “Reflections on Sustainability” which captures the essence of my temporary stay in Spain. As an artist troubled by the turmoil of war, I temporarily moved to Spain and found solace and inspiration among the enchanting landscapes of the port of Valencia.
The heart of the painting “Evening at the Port” lies in the image of the sea, decorated with a ship silently moored to the water :). The interplay of receding light and shadow creates a mesmerizing dance on the surface of the water, reflecting the delicate balance between chaos and calm.
Working primarily from life, I strive to convey the authenticity of the scenes unfolding in front of me. Each brush stroke resonates with the living energy of the sea. The atmosphere is permeated with a sense of peace, a testament to the resilient spirit that persists even in the face of adversity.
