Doll and Friends was inspired by my adult daughter's stuffed toys. I've kept them from when she was a little girl for sentimental reason and because I've used them as subjects in several still life paintings. They are a challenge to paint and to capture the texture of the fabric coverings. They also have a lot of personality.
