In early 2026, Ukraine experienced another blackout caused by russia's shelling of critical infrastructure. I had no opportunity to draw with paints due to constant power outages. It's good that I also like to draw with pastels, it helped me calm down, focus on positive thoughts and survive this next nightmare committed by russia - the terrorist country.

This is dog portraits were created in my studio March 2026 during my solo meditation with soft pastel. These works are created only with my fingers and the desire to capture impressionis of the state of nature.
