Original artwork description:

One of the oldest restaurants in New York City, the first Delmonico's opened in 1827 on William Street, which was originally a patisserie. This building retains an important part of the history of New York. The black and white, used in the pictorial representation, is the pretext to highlight the cleanliness of the technique. In fact, in this particular coloring the volumes stand out from the flat dimension of the canvas to give life, between lights and shadows, to sharp protrusions and recesses.

Materials used:

Acrylic on canvas
