Dance* is an artwork painted after Henri Matisse in which i tried to minimalize the composition through basic compositional elements in order to give freshness and the feeling of freedom in which this particular shapes play an airy motif inside the circle dance of Matisse. Also this particular painting has a lot in common with traditional Hora* dance which have its roots on the actual territory of Moldova in which i grew up.
