- Crimean Landscape
Original artwork description
I painted this from my impressions of Crimea’s mountains and valleys.
I was inspired by the white houses on the slopes, old cypress trees, and sun-baked earth. In a naive style, I focused less on details and more on the feeling: hot air, bright light, and the quiet of a southern day.
This piece is about color, shape, and the sense of space in Crimea.
