- Large Unique Abstract Oil Painting On Canvas - 48" x 36"
This painting is the epitome of an emotional abstract creation. It was painted over a very old self portrait in black and white and therefore the title "Covering Up The Past" has both a literal and figurative meaning. This piece is one of a kind and striking in it's use of black and white, with hints of yellows and red which pop against the negative space. The texture and subtle variation of color really enhance this piece and give it more depth and energy.
Note: This painting is painted on artist-stretched canvas and continues on the edges of the canvas, to give it more depth. The paintings comes wired and hang ready.
