This artwork represents the emotions we retain in our bodies and how the heaviness of our darker emotions can manifest as physical symptoms. It amazes me how much we focus on what we can see, often neglecting the importance of what we can't, like energy and emotions—even though it is already proven how powerful these unseen forces are over the material world.

This painting adds color to the depth of our "negative" emotions. I emphasize "negative" because I don't believe it is inherently bad as we often think; it is simply the other half of the positive. Without the negative, we wouldn't be able to appreciate the positive. By bringing light, appreciation, and color into the depths of the emotions we tend to hide due to their negative connotations, we can heal our physical bodies and illuminate the positive aspects of ourselves. This, in turn, brings us closer to understanding and knowing who we truly are.
