Artwork in expressionist style with warm and intense but earthy colors, which enhance the pallor of the suffering figures in the foreground and bandages. I was inspired by Saint Catherine of Siena in the period in which she dedicated herself to the poor, to prisoners and particularly to the care of the sick suffering from contagious diseases and abandoned by all.
