I’ve made many, many of these cast glass monoliths over the years, as the photos here show. They can be found in collector's gardens, parks, offices, and homes across the world. I’d be delighted to make you an installation that suits you and your garden. They’re solid cast glass, stained and coloured by metals - silver creates yellow, gold makes ruby, copper and iron create red and green glass, and cobalt makes glass blue. They’re create a powertful and surprising focus in the garden or indoors: I supply whatever’s needed to support and keep them safe and impressive whatever your environment, from desert to blizzard. I make them to order, of course. Family monolith groups comprise between two to eight monoliths all made together, any size up to about six feet (180cms) high. Each commission is different: the price shown on this listing is an example, for a group of four, mother, father, and toddlers - say, 150, 120, 50 and 30cms high, collected from the studio here on the Welsh borders.
