Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

My contribution to the Yoghurt Project: Caspian Sea yoghurt is called so because of the region from which it originated, the Cocassas region which sits between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. The Caspian Sea is the largest enclosed expanse of water on earth. It has no outflows and to the north, the Caspian Depression, is one of the lowest points on earth.
The Cocassas region is known as the region of long life because many of the people who live there live until they are 100 years old and beyond. Studies have shown that one reason for this could be Caspian Sea yoghurt which is included in the diet of the population of this region and it's ability to enhance the immune system.
Caspian Sea yoghurt is also called Matsoni yoghurt and is now very popular in Japan.
The sides of this artwork are painted white and it is fitted with D rings and chord so it is ready to hang. It has been signed on the side.
