Deeply impressed by the beauty of the city, i painted this picture after a visit to Buenos Aires. I particularly liked the jaracarana trees in this urban setting. Lights, colors and the atmosphere of this city are the focus of this painting. The idea for the painting comes from a photo that i cut up and reassembled in order to arrive at this composition. The lights of the traffic merge into luminous surfaces. A woman in a hurry and a man with a smartphone can be seen in the foreground. Visually, depth is created by the warm colors of the café in the foreground - in contrast to the cool colors of the street and the sky in the background. This painting brings Buenos Aires vibes into your home.
