This painting tells the story of a boy growing up in an environment with windmills. Innovative and intelligent new inventions that must improve the future of young people. I assemble original photos, matching paper, acrylic, oil, charcoal, ink and pencil in my work. The variety of resources I can use has proved indispensable to me. I always liked the look of weathered walls, covered with peeling paint and old posters.
I revisit this aesthetic with a keen and professional eye. The creative purpose of my work is to "do something beautiful by deteriorating". My paintings explore the dissonance between ancient materials and new materials, intertwined in the most beautiful way that can create dreamlike and melancholic images.
