"Istres is a small town near Marseille (France) at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea."
I paint as much in my Studio as in Plein Air, either from life or from my photos on small formats that I realize in one session. I paint "Alla Prima" to keep the spontaneity of the moment.
I live in France, in a small town of Haute-Provence which offers a wide range of landscape subjects in the particular light of the south of France.
