I took a familiar scene, the place that I had seen in Kyoto during one of my trips and put my thoughts and emotions in colors, tones and brush strokes.
It’s not just a threshold of some cosy place in Japan, it’s a mix of opposites, an attempt of finding balance between cold and warm, dark and light, distinct and blurry.
