I rarely work in Black/White and adding Silver to this painting in the 2nd series truly gives this painting a unique style..this said My concept with this piece as an Abstract was building black, white, and silver into a unique art piece. I wanted to give it some character as well with the layering with some of the boxing/lines I have created.
