In this work, I explore a moment of intimate everyday life — bathing as a symbol of cleansing, vulnerability, and release. Bagnade is not just a scene, but an emotional landscape where the female figures seem to dissolve into the water and ornamental background. I wanted to capture a sense of transition — between body and space, reality and memory.



I use acrylic and paper in a mixed media approach to create rich textures and layers. These materials help express both the physical density and the fleeting nature of the moment. The paper collage adds dimension and a sense of fragility — as if the scene might vanish at any second, leaving only a trace behind.
My intention was for the viewer to feel not just the form, but the atmosphere — the silence, the warmth of the water, the inner stillness. This piece is very personal to me, yet open to each person’s own interpretation.
