This is a fairly large painting on canvas.

The painting is created from many layers of overlaid dots. This builds up to show the foliage in a group of trees. The colours are autumnal, (or fall colors, for those in the USA), rich in oranges and shades of brown. The vibrancy is introduced by the clear blue sky and yellow leaves, catching the light. The light also creates shade patterns on the branches.
The painting is impressionistic and stylised, yet from a distance gives the illusion of detailed reality.

It is painted in acrylic, and varnished with UV varnish to keep the colours strong. The sides are painted black. It is not on a deep sided canvas and personally, I think it would benefit from a frame. Probably a floater frame, in black or white. I have not included the frame, partly to keep down costs, (and postage costs) but mainly to give the buyer a choice.

I will refund any overspend on postage/packing costs.
