This original oil painting continues an investigation into the shifting qualities of light, atmosphere, and perception. Built through expressive palette knife marks and layered textures, the composition balances abstraction with references to horizon, reflection, and changing weather conditions.

A dramatic sweep of cloud forms dominates the upper portion of the painting, contrasting with the stillness of luminous water below. Subtle transitions between cool blues, pale greens, lavender tones, and warm passages of reflected light create a sense of spatial depth and atmospheric movement. Rather than describing a specific location, the work focuses on the experience of light as it transforms landscape and alters perception.
