Bright heavily textured painting depicting the iconic Aray bridge at Inveraray on the Inveraray Castle estate in Argyll , located at the mouth of the River Aray where it flows into Loch Fyne. The first in a series of paintings inspired by my recent visit to Argyll, Scotland and painted on site.

Initialled on the front and signed on the back.

Created with palette knife and brush on a professional quality 'M&W ' canvas.

Incorporates my characteristic use of reflective paints to capture the light. This painting features 'Golden' brand American professional paints which I have become addicted to using.

I have incorporated phthalo blue, light violet and the extra special interference blue which catches the light in different ways ( but are eye wateringly expensive !). Painted black on the sides so you may chose not to frame but I believe would greatly benefit from framing in an offset white frame. The last image shows my impression of a choice of frame.

Supplied corded and ready to hang and supplied with a certificate of authenticity
