Original artwork description:

I decided to do this one on Father's Day for a dedication to my late Father-in-law. This one is to honor the historic barn that sat on his land in Ashcamp Kentucky. He loved that place so much. The title is "Appalachian Farmland." He was a coal miner in eastern Kentucky and he loved his home so much. The old barn is historic and probably over 100 years old. It is in danger of falling down or being torn down... so I wanted to do a painting to save HOW I SEE it when I look up to it. I have sat and looked at it many a day... and being a crazy artist... I often see it in the days it was built. An old farmer working his garden and mom hanging clothes.

This artwork is painted on the sides so you can hang it UNFRAMED if you wish. We have several pics of it framed for your consideration should you decide to have it framed by your framer.
