Vaso con fiori arancio (2025) Original Oil Painting by Antonino Puliafico

In "Vaso con fiori arancio", Antonino Puliafico explores still-life forms, colour and tactile surface in an original oil painting on canvas. Measuring 95 × 73 cm and dated 2025, the work balances immediate visual impact with close-range surface detail.

The painting develops through palette knife and impasto, allowing the physical texture of the paint to remain central to the image. A orange palette contributes to the work’s chromatic rhythm.

In Vaso con fiori arancio (“Vase with Orange Flowers”), Antonino Puliafico transforms the floral subject into an explosion of light and motion. Broad, impasto strokes create a vibrant dance of colors, where petals dissolve into the texture of paint.

Its scale, colour and material energy give the painting a distinctive presence while preserving the spontaneity of Puliafico’s gestural language.

The artwork is professionally protected for tracked shipping and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Materials used:

First-rate oil colors of the Florentine brand "DI VOLO" applied with spatula were used for the painting, and the pictorial support is a cottono canvas pre-painted for oil painting with Gesso and Glue.
