Original artwork description
A threat that knows no borders and affects the entire world. Something that was once invisible suddenly becomes the centre of our lives, changing the way we see reality. For me, this image reflects how we often become truly aware of danger only when it reaches our everyday lives. The spherical form recalls a virus, but it can also stand for anything that spreads across the globe and throws our familiar world off balance. The overlapping layers in the background open up different perspectives, like windows into the past and the future. What will remain, and what will change? What new possibilities might emerge from a crisis? Our world is fragile, and we are all part of the same reality.
