All at Sea (2026) Original Oil Painting by Sherry Edmondson

There is a small story to this painting. It started life as a landscape but every time I returned to the painting shouted I am a Seascape, Let me free! I ignored the noise to begin with but the complaints coming from the canvas was deafening, until it could no longer be ignored. Some adjustments were made and the painting was released from the prison it had been in.
Painted on a Burnt Sienna ground text left and right All at Sea.
Signed botton right, signed titled and dated on the reverse.
