This piece of ceramic is one of a serie of 22 rabbits, the "Alice serie", inspired by the famous Alice's White Rabbit.

It belongs to a bigger project: ANIMANI (in italian "anima" and "animali" mean "soul" and "animals", and "mani" is for "hands"), correlated to a deep personal research about inconscious, the middle-world between dream and reality, spiritual guides and sciamanism.
Animani are particular animals, linked to our human soul: they have a human hand instead of their head.
I sculpt different animals from different media.
Alice the rabbit was born from clay, and glassed in ceramic. All of these rabbits have their own colour and some particular differences, and you can find other pieces here on my profile.
