It was a lovely warm summer day, so I went off to Faversham creek to one of my favourite ‘plein air’ painting venues.
On my way to the creek, I noticed that the harvest had just been done leaving lines of stubble, ready to be ploughed in.
I was attracted to the stubble patterns, so painted them with the creek and boatyards in the distance.
It measures 10” x 14” (ref: 1774) unframed, it is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
