Freedom is an original acrylic painting inspired by the beauty, strength and extraordinary spirit of horses.
In this painting, I wanted to capture more than movement. The combination of horses and the open sea represents something I find deeply connected — freedom, energy and the instinct to move without boundaries.
The power and elegance of the horses contrast with the movement and atmosphere of the water, creating a composition that feels both dynamic and peaceful.
Horses have always fascinated me for their unique combination of strength and sensitivity. Against the openness of the sea, I wanted that character to become even more expressive — a celebration of independence, movement and the feeling of being completely free.
Unlike my highly detailed pastel wildlife portraits, this acrylic painting allowed me to explore movement, atmosphere and colour in a different way while maintaining the realism and emotional connection that are central to my work.
