This painting got accepted in the 2022 People's Gallery at Austin City Hall!!
This winter cloudy scene with its corresponding underground rainy landscape takes the viewer in a mysterious spiritual journey. We, as human beings, have learned to live our lives in spite of so many mysteries around our existence and spirituality. We are always trying to make the best in this journey called life while keeping our subconscious calm through many different ways: religion, meditation, exercise, travel, art, etc. Let's continue to make our lives a happy place just like that cozy tiny house that reaches high into the sky. The sky is not the limit!

My surreal paintings are always inspired by nature and the fact that we come from it. I am intrigued by both, nature and the meaning of our own existence. The more connected we are to nature, the better we can understand ourselves. I believe that past-present-future are all interconnected and I want to capture this connection as a single moment in my art.

This surreal painting measures 24x30 inches with a depth of 1.5 in. The sides were painted so there is no need for a frame. It's ready to hang!
