Original artwork description
This piece arises from my disquiet over how images, symbols, and collective desires influence and orient our perception of reality. Rather than providing definitive answers, it invites viewers to reflect on how much of our aspirations is genuinely our own and how much is constructed by cultural, media, and commercial narratives.
The certificate of authenticity will be printed in full color, then hand-signed and dated by the artist.
This work is part of my ongoing series of analogue collages.
Technique and conservation: Original collage on MDF panel. Paper applied with vinyl adhesive. The reverse side of the support is sealed with water-based transparent acrylic varnish for wood/MDF, helping protect against humidity and environmental changes. The surface is protected with a satin UV protective varnish.
Materials: Paper, vinyl adhesive, MDF panel, transparent acrylic varnish, UV protective varnish.
