RH/25/021 - A Gentle Energy

When painting this piece of work, i gathered together colours that i really liked and thought would blend well against each other. Its the first upload to Artfinder for me in a long time.

The title 'Gentle Energy' is how i would describe myself in terms of energy as i'm a calm easy going guy and a more quiet type but its also something that i look for these days in another person.

I have this piece currently hung in my living space and i can myself creating more similar works. I used it to meditate to for those opening moments when you are taking deep breaths and allowing a soft focus before closing your eyes.

I'm always thinking about interiors in terms of surrounding myself in a harmony and this work would appeal to the 'Minimalist'. I was inspired by Ilse Crawford, the British interior designer that wrote a wonderful book called 'The Sensual Home' which drew my attention to colour, fabric and tactility when creating a space.
