This series is Inspired by the idea that life is full of many distractions, tasks, thoughts, and interruptions.  Every once and a while you need to intentionally return to peace and quiet.  Even when life is loud, and your heart and mind is louder. 

My work is all about seeing the world in the peacefulness of your mind’s eye. Taking a minute to just be.

MEDIUM: Oil on Panel 8 H x 10 W x .5 Inches

MATERIALS: Oil painting on panel. The artist aimed to recreate the smooth glass-like quality of some classical paints while still giving it energy. This piece was created with finely-ground, pure oil paints with an Alkyd based medium.
