A Dreamer's Old Friend (2026) Original Oil Painting by Faith Patterson

There are places that become woven into us, familiar enough to feel like an old friend. Having grown up along the river, I have always found a sense of comfort and belonging in its quiet presence. A Dreamer’s Old Friend captures that feeling—a peaceful stretch of water beneath a dreamy evening sky, where solitude feels comforting and the familiar landscape invites you to pause, wander, and simply be.
