Original artwork description:

Herbivores eat plants, carnivores eat herbivores.
In this strange, cruel world there is always someone who eats someone else, according to a hierarchy dictated by the food chain.
Sometimes, however, there is someone who rebels and doesn't want to be in his place. For example Daisy, the Carnivorous Plant.
Don't bother Daisy, respect her. Be gentle, water it. Maybe she will like you and she won't eat you. Perhaps.

Daisy is part of "le Moschine" a series of characters inspired by the style of old American cartoons from the first decades of the 20th century and by lowbrow and popsurreal painting.

This work is presented in a vintage gilded wooden frame.

Materials used:

canvas, acrylic paint, pencils, chalks, finish varnish demi matt
