STILL LIVES AND LANDS starts on 4th June with Afternoon Tea and an opportunity to meet the artists. We are delighted to welcome back artists David Questa, Erin Ward, Kim Coley and Robert Wyatt, alongside furniture maker Neal Crampton, printmaker Talia Russell and ceramicist Margaret Glackin.
Biography
Silkscreen Print Artist, Talia Russell’s iconic landscapes are punctuated by dynamic, bold, contrasting & harmonious colours, made dramatic by large-scale compositions which capture the essence of the natural world through an interplay of colour, texture & form.
Russell combines both digital & traditional techniques to produce iconic images which are both playful, colourful & nostalgic. Her artistic influences are grounded in travel posters, which are evident in the vivid colour combinations & graphic arrangements in her artwork.
These limited-edition prints are exclusively all hand-pulled, & these minor variations to each print ensure a unique original work of art.
