My work reflects my fascination with the mundane and ordinary urban environment, especially after hours. I'm especially drawn to those run-down shabby and unimpressive street corners that go unnoticed during the day but become beacons of light after dark.
Since 2022 I've been working on the Open Late series featuring street corners in San Francisco and in other cities where my occasional travels take me.
