As a performer artist having good skills in physical & contemporary dance, I start from my body as a prime matter.
I treat painting as an unique live performance in which I am influenced by the music, the story, and the emotions that arise during the dance. My practice transforms the act of painting into a live, performative event, where movement, endurance, and presence become tools for large scale image-making.
Each work emerges from a time-based process in which the painting records traces of action, decision, and intensity I use my body as both instrument and medium, allowing physical movement, rhythm, and temporality to shape large-scale contemporary paintings.
