In 2009 she graduated from Kherson State University with a degree in Fine Arts. Teachers: Chuprina VG, Krugla NL

Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. She has participated in about 40 All-Ukrainian and 4 International art exhibitions. She is an active participant in many plein airs.

In 2015, the Kherson regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine awarded the title of "Best Artist of the Year".

For 6 years she worked as a lecturer at Kherson State University ("Drawing", "Painting"). He is currently a teacher in his own art studio.

The works are in the Kherson Art Museum. Shovkunenko and private collections in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Russia, Germany, Israel and the Netherlands.
