Biography
Oleg Rak is an artist from Ukraine. Painting for him is not so much a way to earn money and approval as a key opportunity to express his emotions, to show the whole world the beauty of the nature of his native Ukraine and other countries.
I work in different directions: rural landscape, seascape, still life, portrait and others. My favorite technique is oil painting on canvas. Styles - depending on the task, but more inclined towards impressionism.
Interests: I love life in all its manifestations and, if possible, I convey my impressions in the form of artistic images. My works are in private collections in the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, France, Israel, Australia, Qatar, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Côte d'Ivoire, UAE.
My motto is: The master is not the one who has reached the top, but the one who always follows the path, knowing that the top is unattainable.
The artist has a unique opportunity to tell all people with his paintings - Look how beautiful this world is and how fragile and defenseless it is. How quickly and easily we can lose all this because of wars, global catastrophes and the ambitions of tyrants of the 21st century. We have something to think about and we have very little time left to save our beautiful planet Earth!
