Margaret Juul’s artistry is defined by fleeting glimpses and glistening light, each piece inspired and healing. Her work offers reflections of a moment in time, where her compositions serve as fresh and original expressions of the colors and patterns found in water in motion. Through visual art, she captures an unwavering hold on her spirit, characterized by fluidity, intuition, and reflective volatility.

Nature as Muse

Nature, and specifically the element of water, is Margaret’s profound muse. She perceives the world through the lens of a shimmering prism, discovering endless potentiality in every facet she observes.

Diverse Talents and Objectives

Margaret is not only an artist and textile designer but also a Level II Reiki Practitioner. Her objective is to create art that fosters connection, inspires, soothes, and heals. Her extensive portfolio includes painting, illustration, interior design, and textile design.

Professional Recognition and Exhibitions

Over the past three decades, Margaret has cultivated a wide network of devoted supporters. Her works are prominently displayed in various settings, such as celebrity homes, corporate lobbies, international commercial and hospitality venues. She has been fortunate to exhibit her art internationally in galleries and museums, with locations spanning from San Diego to New York, Iceland to Miami, and London to Beijing.

Career Highlights

Between 2008 and 2011, Margaret was honored to serve as the American Artist Representative for an exhibition in Baghdad, Iraq. Prior to this, she was one of only a thousand artists selected worldwide for the launch of Art dot com, a milestone that significantly elevated her profile and contributed to the growth of her career. In 2019 and 2020, Margaret participated in a collaborative exhibition with Yoko Ono in Canada and Iceland.

Representation

She is grateful for her continued representation by reputable galleries. Her prints and textiles are marketed and sold internationally by various vendors.

Current Residence

Margaret currently lives and works in the beautiful Tampa Bay area of Florida, where she finds inspiration in abundance.
