My paintings are a way of collecting memories. I paint the animals, landscapes, gardens, and fleeting moments that shape my life in Yorkshire, turning ordinary encounters into lasting records. Whether it is a beloved village cat, a horse leaning over a fence, or a window hidden beneath summer greenery, I am drawn to subjects that carry a sense of connection and place. Selling on Artfinder would allow these stories to travel beyond my studio and find homes with people who connect with them. I hope to build a sustainable artistic practice while sharing small pieces of Yorkshire life and memory with collectors around the world.
