Two weekends of exhibition in December :
Friday 10 from 3 pm to 9 pm, Saturday 11 and Sunday 12, from 3 pm to 7 pm
Friday 17 from 3 pm to 9 pm, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19, from 3 pm to 7 pm

Two vernissages during the Friday evenings and surprise performances to discover on site.

For 35 years now, the Azur gallery has been presenting original and innovative contemporary works in its three-level space in the heart of Spa. For this new personal exhibition, it welcomes the colorful works of Isabelle Pelletane, between abstraction and abstract expressionism.

In these paintings, nature, earth, elements, vibrations are all sources of inspiration. It strives to express the force of vital energies, leaving traces on the canvas, stains freshly sprinkled with splashes, drippings, in warm and luminous colors, like so many footprints of our passage on earth. A optimistic and lively vision !

We live in a world of political tensions, shifting values, environmental crisis and war. Constantly bombarded by an agenda driven media, it is here that we find ourselves inundated by images, sounds, and emotions that influence and shape every aspect of our daily lives.
Where does one find refuge from this?
In hopes of answering this question we have set the theme of the Venice Art House’s 2016 residency as “Scenes from a Personal Utopia”.
Where does one find their “Personal Utopia”?
Where does one find balance and harmony. A place where the world makes sense, and if for only a moment you can let down your guard, feel at ease and know that you are exactly where you belong.
But whether it is someplace real, or someplace imagined. Whether it is a person, a thing, or a state of mind “The Personal Utopia” is a concept that transcends the everyday and the mundane.
