My name is Irina Stepanova and I am 39 artist from Tiraspol, Moldova. I work in the technique of "sculptural painting" - a technique for creating three-dimensional paintings. It differs from the classic bas-relief and consists in the method of creating one element of the picture with one movement of the palette knife.

Recently, an exhibition was held in Moscow, in which I participated with my series of paintings "Rebirth", aimed at giving the great works of the past a new life in volume – based on their motives, this series of 3D paintings was created. The main medium is a super-strong paste-decorative plaster. It allows you to create three-dimensional strokes up to 5 cm high. This creates an incredible effect of immersion in the depth of the picture.

My paintings are in private collections in Russia, Europe, Canada, Australia  and the USA.
