About Dalia Visockaite Kisieliene

  • Biography
Dalia is a professional sculptor (BA, Vilnius Academy of Arts) and art restorer with over a decade of experience preserving sacred heritage at the National Museum of Lithuania. Since 2007, she has mastered felt-making, now integrating it into her fine art. Her series, "Soul Studies", is a form of emotional archaeology. She creates physical volume on canvas by blending oil impasto with handmade felt and dyed silk. In her work, textile represents mystery and sanctuary, while oil captures light. Each piece is a tactile journey where a restorer’s precision meets a sculptor’s boldness, revealing the multilayered depths of the human spirit.
