  • Biography
My name is Claudio Ciardi and I am a figurative artist using traditional techniques in my work. I work with oil color, watercolors and acrylic color.  I am particularly interested in reproducing landscapes and seascapes with bright and warm colors. Through my art I intend to express beauty and convey the feelings I feel when the painting comes to life. I paint everything I like, so you will find a variety of subjects and themes in my works. I try to change technique, colors and gesture of painting. I think that what we call "artist's style" is a kind of closure that prevents us from evolving and seeking beauty in everything and in every way. I like to experiment; just as in nature there are days of sun, rain, haze .... so the artist is moved by the need to modify himself and what he creates.I had my personal gallery centrally located in Portofino, a famous Italian place. A fact that gave me the opportunity to relate to a wide range and variety of people from all continents. My best clients are from the United States, Australia, Canada, Russia, Japan and the Middle East.
