Many wash layers of blue, followed by some orange, then a partial reset with water, to finish with red/grey/pink.
The title is a line from the emotional state on that day, as referenced by the diary. This is part of an ongoing practice, where the artist intuitively paints for a few hours each day, allowing for his mood and perception of the day to influence the work.
