In this oil painting, I embraced both impressionism and realism to capture the vibrant interplay of light on water. Each stroke conveys the dynamic hues of the sea, contrasting sharply with the steadfast boats. This artwork mirrors the resilience and tranquility of nature, inviting viewers to pause and resonate with the serene maritime scape. It's designed to bring a touch of calm and inspiration to any space. Is it possible to step into the same water twice? I don't like doing reruns. But then I'm painted a motive 4 years after the first study. Thoughts were different, mood, everything was different. And I am exhibiting for you, dear friends, two sketches from one point, painted in 2017 and 2021. They turned out to be different in color, composition and mood.
