Seascape painting of a Mexican woman wearing an orange sundress, wading in the aqua water, with the sunlit yellow sky in the background. It is the custom of the women in Barra de Navidad to bathe in the sea in the afternoon. Barra is a small coastal village north of Manzanillo. On exhibit previously, Morpho Gallery, Chicago: 5th Annual Emerging Artists Winter Exhibit, 2011. For international sales: In order to keep shipping rates low, this painting is shipped as a rolled canvas. The rolled canvas is wrapped around wooden stretcher bars that can be used to re-stretch it after arrival.
