Original artwork description
This mixed media painting was informed by my ongoing winter studies which I have been working on over a period of years. It is also inspired by my love for trees and my long winter walks at the end of our late winter last year. It describes my winter journey across fields and countryside and my tracks in the untouched snow.
The artwork has been created on a Pebeo 100% linen canvas using textures and markmaking an important part of my practice.
The sides are painted white and it has been signed on the side. It is fitted with chord so is ready to hang.
